I am wanting to lose an additional 70 pounds, as well as tone and firm my body.
Goal (Long):
I have always been a "big man"...but in January, I woke up to being 390 lbs, which is the most that I have weighed in my life....I am wanting to regain the physique that I had when I was in college and possibly improve upon that....at 6 ft 2 in tall, I would really like to be a solid, muscular, healthy 265 lbs. I would like to reach my goal by the middle of next year...
Well, another year has came and gone...I am much better off now, then I was at the beginning of the year, which is good, but there is still work to do in the new year...i have brought it down to 342(currently @ 348), from 361(last post), met my interim goal weight(350) and passed it....now going...
Got a clean EEG test yesterday so I can start working out just doing cardio after my ribs are ok .My weight is down 219 I am losing all of the muscle that I killed myself in the gym for months but I will come back slowly after I get back in the gym. Was cutting Carbs to much, not drink enough liquid

how are your workouts going? Doc is keeping me out of the gym for 30 day do to having a seizure 2 weeks ago. kind of suck but my health is more important then anything else
Had a great ego day yesturday. When to SIX FLAG did not where a shirt in the water park. In the past I would where one to cover up but not this time. I had a little tan NO man BOOBS no gut and some muscle to show. That was a great ego boost. I also tooking in 2 protein bars so I would not have to eat fried food all day, yes i know alittle weird but all this hard work and to eat fried food and feel like **** the next day. I don't think so
ok it is official the scale has said 249 for 3 day!!!! I felt great when it go under 250 now there is no stopping me next 230. Change my workout around and it think thing are starting to show up as the fat goes away
I see that your weight is still coming down. keep up the great work. Was going out for dinner on monday and put on a pair of size 40 pants turned around and they fell down. Holy crap need a belt now that was a great thing!!!! have a great weekend
Hope all is going well. In weight loss there are small gain so just keep plugging along. Today I had one of those small gains. Got and old pir of jeans out said what the hell i will try them on and they fit loose, took them of and Holu crape size 40 i did the old size was 46. so today is a great day. things like this keep you on the right path!!!
