Just tweak it to your liking. My highschool weight training coach had us on this. Really like it. Helps trick you mind and body. Keep a log of your weights and improve on them the next month. ALWAYS finish your reps, even if you need someone to help you on the last one or two. If you quit early you never gain. Push yourself past the point of Failure!! |
