How I Started:
I worked out all through High School and after I graduated. I was always extremely skinny through school. My freshman year I only weighed 119lbs. I wrestled for 8 years including 3 of them in High School, so I was always aware of my weight. I always wanted to just get bigger, BOTTOM LINE. I graduated in '03 and now am up to 170 lbs in the off season
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in shape and love it when people under estimate the little guy in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
constantly setting new weights on my core lifts to hit. That and when the big Guys in the gym see this little short guy putting up weight that is far beyond what they expected and again the stares come into play. Keeps me pushing harder.
BB Accomplishments:
2nd Place in the Peggy Sue Classic Natural Body Building Competition.

Just tweak it to your liking. My highschool weight training coach had us on this. Really like it. Helps trick you mind and body. Keep a log of your weights...
