Overall Goal: I have always been quite skinny and I really wanted to gain muscle. I dont want to be known as the tiny small kid. I have found that respect is partially based on how you look. I want to be more physically memorable. Not just another unhealthy kid

I was tired of being the little guy in my group and I was pretty underweight and wanted to step it up a bit.
Why I Love It:
Its a time when I can relax my mine and not worry about school or friends or anything else, I can just slip into my own little workout world. its very relaxing and fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
being more physically fit than the average american is a great motivater, Also my newfound workout partner Brendan is a great motavating factor, he inspires me to push myself to higher heights on a regular basis.
BB Accomplishments:
in the last few months I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle, for me this was a great accomplishment because of my extremely fast Metabolism.

Goal (Long):
My workout partner Brendan says he thinks I could get up to 150 pounds by summer 2007, at first that sounded far fetched to me, but I have been amazed in the last few weeks at the progress I have made, mostly due to Brendan's excellent workout program planning and extensive diet planning.
Looking good, we promote an INBF Natural Bodybuilding & figure show in Arlington WA. On August 8th. We would love to have you come and compete. Or if you know someone who might want to please let them know we are here. Thank you Kevin We have a teen division!
you are looking ok, and I beleive your are in a similar position to me. I can give you some advice (although I'm no pro), one thing that will help your physique immensely is doing incline bench press, although your pectoral minor looks full, you can develop the top (major) with incline bench. Fred

"PHYSICALLY MEMORABLE" - That is an articulate way of voicing what so many teens on here strive for. You have been one of the more impressive physique transformations I have witnessed on here in quite a while. Kudos to you and your personal trainer/motivator Brendan.
