I initially started working out with cardio being my main workout tool in 2002. After several years of not seeing results I converted in incorporate less cardio and more strength training late 2006.
Why I Love It:
Working out takes me out of everything else going on. It is my time to do what I want and the more accomplished the better I feel. Setting personal goals and achieving them carries over into other aspects of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes that I have made to my body and the uneasy feeling I get when I don't work out keeps me motivated.Plus I am training for my first figure competition so i have to be motivated to work hard.
BB Accomplishments:
The first signs of a 6-pack! I knew I was making progress
I am coming up on the end of my low calorie diet (thank goodness) and with three more days to go I have lost almost 5 pounds of fat! Pretty incredible to me. It really helps to cut those mid morning snacks out. This has taught me a lot about self control, I had quite a bit before but...
taylor.. good luck on your upcoming comp. I watched your vids they are good stuff.. sent my sister the one on eating clean. haha i'm the ultimiate brother for doing that.. lol.. best to you
