How I Started:
Following in my Dad's footsteps, who is an ex-bodybuilder. My Mom has also been vey supportive, and got me started at the gym a few years ago.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of making hard-earned progress. Lifting wieghts is more theraputic than anything in the wold. I love the amount of dedication it takes to excell in bodybuilding/fitness/figure.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is not difficult for me. Working out is my life, i dont think there is anything i love more than iron. I just keep thinking about my goals for competing next year, and focus on small accomplishments along the way.

Here's some good food i like to throw together. great for lazy cooks and clean diets!

Protein Pudding:

This is a very simple recipe.

ingredients:

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

 

mix together and your done. double this one accordingly...
