How I Started:
I used to be very fit and athletic but a sit down job with lots of travel changed that. My 5 hour hikes up mountains have been too long in my past. I am now ready to get back to a body I'm proud to own.

I aim to see my abs, biceps, and triceps by December 15th. I also aim to improve my eating habits.
Goal (Long):
I want to compete in a 10k by next August. I would also like to get back to my base weight and body fat index as my current fiance has never seen me in my best shape. I would also like to be able to do a 5 day competition hiking trip without having a massive cardiac arrest. This means losing 30 lbs of fat and 5 inches around my waist as well as transforming my arms from gramma wings to buff pipes again.
