How I Started:
I'd always been very active as a kid and I always have envied Linda Hamiltons body but there was a point i think in my ninth grade year where i hit about 125lbs. And thats good..if its muscle..But it wasnt and for someone who's 5'2 it generallly went to my stomach. I got fed up and disgusted and i wanted something better, I didnt want to end up like my parents. I said enough is enough and quit eating shit and started doing thing again like i had when i was little.
Why I Love It:
I love to be outside and constantly in motion. I love challenging myself and the results are addicting. I keep wanting more, when you reach one small goal you say okay one step closer to my big goal. I love the feeling of being sore the day or two after.
How I Stay Motivated:
I definitely look at myself and am hard on myself, so I definitely stay motivated by having little goals for myself.
