I have a lot of energy in general and tend to want to be out dancing, bike riding, playing soccer, or anything that gets my body and mind stimulated! When I was 16 yrs old, I found myself at the gym to work off my extra energy. If I grew up in warm weather all year round I would probably be a pro surfer, but since I grew you in Hoboken, NJ, I found the Gym instead!
Why I Love It:
I'm much more of a complex person than I let off and bodybuilding to me has so much to do with my view on life in general. I love pushing and working hard for results. I love to feel what I'm working for. It's the dedication that makes everything worth while.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing I can achieve anything. Some people not into Bodybuilding think this is a vanity sport, but in reality it's a sport that stands very similar to marine training: discipline, loyalty, strength.
BB Accomplishments:
I beat cancer in 2006, crashed, and now I'm becoming the most ultimate I can be and perform.

I would like to get to a point where bodybuilding is more of my lifestyle than just me working out. I want to change my eating, my drinking, my training, and get results that show a difference!
Thanks for the reply...and as for models and strippers, i guess the only big difference is whether the clothes come off in the end haha oh and good luck with "clean eating and no drinking"--> I hear you loud and clear, college bars and frats have not been friendly to this chica's waist
Thanks =] I'm doing good. My time schedule is tight between college, work, free lancing, and of course BB! But hey, I'm almost out for the semester so I cannot wait to focus more on it. How about you?
