I started training with the football players at my highschool when I was 14. At 16 I started to work at a local gym. I didn't do sports in highschool...I just trained with the guys at the gym. I was hooked! I love to train!
Why I Love It:
Nothing I've ever done has made my feel more, confident, strong, and sexy. I just feel like I'm at home training my ass off at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pray. God gives us the strength to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
1st Place in the Figure(tall)class at the 2006 Caveman Classic in Arnold, MO.
3rd Place in the Figure Class D at the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. Placed 3rd at MO State and qualified to compete at the National Level.
Competed in the 2008 Europa Super Show in Dallas, TX
In the off season I plan to keep my physique a bit leaner than I did this past year. Contest prep has been SO HARD because I gained to much bodyfat this past year. I'm considering moving to BODYBUILDING instead of Figure. I'm a muscular girl, and don't like getn small for Figure.
Also, I'm going to turn my focus to Muay Thai(www.rsmuaythai.net) and give me knees a rest from the 8 days of weight training and constant cardio.
I will be weight training less days with more weight and less reps to put some good quality weight back on.

I've recieved so much feedback from my 2008 Competitions. What I have heard mostly is that I need to either trim down for Figure or Bulk up for Bodybuilding. I seem to be in the middle, yet that's how I like my body to look...muscular while keeping my feminine curves. I'm not...

have been working out consistently for 2 months. You think I can incorporate NO EXPLODE? My overall goal is to lose weight. I need a little push in the morning...I get up at 4:30am!!!
