Its been great! I've been doing what I want at the gym (not cutting or bulking). Mostly power routines and some circuits. The results have been good, I've managed to hold onto the muscle and lose a little fat! Love the challenging routines too. So I'm moving back to my hometown up North. Should be good, just getting set up to maybe go back to school while working (see how that goes). How is school this semester? Still playing football? I hope all is well.

Ouch 10 pounds sucks. All that hard work but I'm sure your cardio is really good because of it. Been working on my cardio lately too... gonna miss being outside once the snow hits. So sad.
I switched gyms and now I'm pretty motivated. Its just a bigger/better gym. I kinda slacked off in my eating habits so I'm trying to get that back together now. How have you been? staying on top of both football and school?

Training is going pretty well although I hurt my back last week:( I'm doing a lot better now though & did a crazy quad workout last night! How's yours going?
That is great that you also play a sport. But I can imagine how hard it must be trying to find a balance for 2 things that require such different things. Good luck though! I am sure you will find it soon enough!
Love the contact sports! Great choice...even though I don't understand the rules haha. I also see that you are up to 190! Congrats that pretty huge. Should be all ready for the season. Are are you sort of relaxing now that you are done school? What are you studying? The weather up here is so freakin hot its affecting my workouts! This Canadian doesn't take the heat well.

great! except for some motivation problem and I am not give up or eating bad but it one of those days ya know.. I am just discouraged today cause I saw some guys at the gym way leaner than me when I know that they drink booze and eat junk and I'm like wwhy are they looking better than me when im killing myself. Doesn't it worth it?! ahh you guys its frustrating sometimes! what about you? :P
