I was always skinny, no muscles and some spot fat (hips, can't see in this pic).

Some months after beginning weight training (since middle of 2007). I got some muscles but my spot fat increased specially in my hips and triceps. My diet was not so good...

(Decided to cut my face from the pics.)
A looong way to go. I REALLY need more muscles. I'm not so worried about the spot fat in hips/legs/butt at this moment, I'll fight it later...

I see a liiiittle improvement in my thighs. There's still fat and a lot of cellulite (I can't post the pics w/ flash, it's too disappointing :/) but I guess I gained some muscle. And I guess 90% of the fat in my body is in my hips and butt! :)
