How I Started: I was always on and off the gym for years, just doing classes and afraid of heavy weights. Then I met my actual boyfriend (love u!), we began going to the gym together and then I started a weight training.
Why I Love It: Once I started weight training I was amazed about what it could do for my body and now my goal is stick to it and get a lean, muscular and healthy body.
How I Stay Motivated: Read fitness magazines, websites, etc.

I was always skinny, no muscles and some spot fat (hips, can't see in this pic).  Abs are a little more defined and thighs a little bigger, I guess.

It's been the third week I've been training with a personal trainer. He is w/ me on Mondays and Thursdays - leg days - and gives me orientation about how to train on the other days of the week. I don't think I could train legs that hard by myself! I discovered that all my life I was doing...

good luck on your goals.. i'd have to say you look outstanding now so any improvements are just fine tuning for sure.. I have a good friend in ITU and she is an avid body builder .. do you live close to that location?
