Thanks Jim! I could not of done it without you guys! I probably would of gone in their WAY overdieted and posing like a chicken if it wasnt for your guys' big hearts on taking a chance with me. Thank you for that! I have actually upped my carbs, but am now going to cut because after today, I am going to take a break for the rest of the wseek. My body is exausted! So I am going to cut the carbs again...

It is hard!! All I crave throughout the day is salt and sugar! So i suck on the totilla chips, sad I know!! But a great weekness of mine is oreos and milk! You will want to scream, trust me!!

Hey you! Things have been better...my husband was eating cookies and chips and salsa and BBJ's in bed last night in my face on purpose!!! I was so mad!! lol:) Our main support systems are not doing a good job at all. My body has come to some kind of stand still, so it sucks. I am trying to fugure out what I am going to do to fix it. How about you? Whats new? How is the progress going??

I know what you mean. My husband is the same way, except he tries to shove it in my mouth every night when he is stuffing his with a bunch of junk food! MEN!! haha:)

Do you have a roommate that buys food that you can eat? Or else dont buy food that you know you shouldn't be eating then when you get home and start looking through the cabinets, you cant find that bad stuff and have no choice but to eat the good stuff:)

Its going good. I feel like my body has come to a stand-still so I am trying a few new things and have started doing HIIT. Thats a killer! You gotta get in there. A personal trainer will be good! (just make sure they know what they are doing) Most importantly, how is your diet??
