What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Stairclimber because I can feel my legs build...but ouch! But I am trying to get more on the treadmill to trim up/define a little nicer.

I do cardio for 20mins, three times a week at least four hours after I lift on an upper body day.
