How I Started:
My husband was on YouTube looking at bodybuilders and when he came across the women, the first words out of my mouth were, "Wow! I wished I looked like that." The next day I was hitting the gym... Then Tonia and Jim Goodman came into my life! I saw Tonia posing in the gym and asked her if she had any pointers or tips. Turns out she competes and her husband Jim is a trainer and master diet man! with some hard work and awesome guidance, I was able to win my pro card in my first competition ever! Knowing that the harder I work, the more results I will see. "The hardest part about a sport is not giving up;"
BB Accomplishments:
I just won my IFPA Pro card! It was my first show ever, which only means I have not arrived but only began!

I need to develop some muscle groups to compete within the professional rank. I need to come in a little leaner, but bigger, and work on some more difficult poses. Other than that, im just blessed to keep grindin!

How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Stairclimber because I can feel my legs build...but ouch! But I am trying to get more on the treadmill to trim up/define a little nicer.
