How I Started:
It all happen 3 years ago. I was in the Navy and we were in CA for about 6 months and we had a lot of down time. One day I just decided to go to the gym. After that day I just really enjoyed it and wanted to see how much I could actually change my body; so the more and more I seen small changes, the more I just wanted to go and keep a healthy lifestyle. With in 4 months, I ended up losing 25 Ibs so I was so motivated to keep up with it and not only that, my best guy friend at the time, who is now my boyfriend, is a bodybuilder and he helped me out a lot along the way!
Why I Love It:
I love how good it makes you feel about yourself and how it makes you feel like you are in control of you. How you want your body to look is 110% up to you and no one else and thats why I really enjoy it. Its also in a sense, a way of empowerment for yourself!
How I Stay Motivated:
To be completely honest, the last 6 months I really haven't been motivated as much as I should because I just recently moved to a new area and its hard to get back up; but that is no excuse! When I am hitting it hard, I just start seeing little changes here and there about my body, and thats what really keeps me going. When I have my mind set on it, I am unstoppable and I refuse to get knocked off course! My boyfriend is also a really good support system for me. Him and I always diet and workout together and we don't let each other fail. So we keep each other motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any under my belt just yet; but my boyfriend is trying to getting me to compete with him, so who knows what the future will bring. As of right now, my accomplishment I would like to accomplish is just getting back at eating right and maintaining a healthy life style!

Goal (Long):
My goal would defiantly to get back on track. Last year was a good year for me because I maintained a healthy lifestyle and I was on point with my diet and working out but when I moved I just fell off and in the means of falling off, I gained 20 Ibs in the process and it really took a big toll on me! Its now time to get back to where I was last year! I just wanna completely transform my body and stick with it! My other goal is to actually have some kinda goal to work towards that way I am not just transforming my body for health, but I will have something to work for to keep me on track and to keep me going strong. I'm just not sure what that would be yet.
