I was not very strong in elementry school. I could not do a single push up, pull up so at the end of my Fifth grade year I decided that i was gonna be strong so I started the U.S. Navy Seal workout and started eating more.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to get stronger and I like the feeling i get while working out and getting that rush on the last rep
