How I Started:
I was not very strong in elementry school. I could not do a single push up, pull up so at the end of my Fifth grade year I decided that i was gonna be strong so I started the U.S. Navy Seal workout and started eating more.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to get stronger and I like the feeling i get while working out and getting that rush on the last rep

While my new diet isn't certain foods it is strict. Basicly I work out five-six days a week. On days where I do intensive cardio and weight training, I eat three small meals a day. These days are usually mon.,wed.,fri., and/or sat.  I try to eat less than I burn and balanced meals consisting...

**** linebacker.. nice! you gotta be pretty build for that and have the speed to get those fast running backs.. i play right wing in rugby its like WR in gridiron. so i do alot of legs and core workout. as well as upper body strength workout.. what bout you?
