How I Started:
I first started working out my dragman year at college with my friends that were on the basketball team. About year later I became serious about it I really wanted to get in shape. However after I graduated I gained about 35 to 40 pounds. I would run into people from college and I'll never forget one person said man it looks like you gain 20 lbs. Everytime I see you. So now I'm staying fit for life.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing that I want to be able to keep up with my sons and daughter. I also am motivated by looking at all the women who are dedicated to keeping themselves in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
In college I never benched more than 205 now I can get 255 up at least once.
