How I Started:
I started at the gym because I wanted to lose my post baby weight after my 2nd child. To get back to the way I looked BEFORE I had my kids.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's MY time. It's a serious stress relief for me. I just recently started working again, while I go to school, take care of my 2 girls and am still getting divorced, soo with all the stress in my life, the gym is my get away!!
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering how I looked BEFORE I was "mommy" and remembering that I am only 23 and I CAN have that body back!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 10 pounds the FIRST MONTH I was working out. Fueled my fire to continue and made me SOOOOO excited! hehehe

This was 3 days before the birth of my 2nd daughter!!! 165 lbs! (Just to show you what I am trying to lose)
I haven't seen my calf muscles in SOOOO long!! hahaha
Lost 14 lbs in ONE MONTH by sticking to an amazing diet & lifting more. Now just trying to maintain my weight and stick to my diet. I love my body the way it is now.. I'm HAPPY!!!
Goal (Long):
I've always been in great shape and had a small body but I'm finding it more difficult as a stay at home mother after my 2nd child. I've been working out for a month so far and have seen tremendous differences and it just fuels my desire to keep going!
Does anyone find that when something happens to them in their personal life, they tend to train harder? I have had a horrible week/weekend but that didn't stop me from hitting the gym each day. It, in fact, made me train just a little harder. Anger and frustrations flowing out steadily. Although...
Ok, first off you're adorable. Got that out, now then ... congrats on looking fantastic especially after 2 kids! You're obvisouly doing a great job so keep it going!
yes it's a big gap but I didn't want to have another child ... just to have one. I wanted to do it when I knew I could spend alone time w/ the new one too since my daughter will be in school, etc. And my 6 yr old is able to care for herself and help me. Bonus!
So u have 2. What r their ages. I have a 6 yr old & I am 3 mo pregnant. I'm so excited. It's like starting all over again though. I'm like... did this happen last time - I don't remember that feeling. Your body does amazing & strange things. I ordered a shirt the other day that says... I can grow humans... what is your superpower! :0)
I actually think you looked great 3 days prior to baby. You were all belly girl. Great progress pictures!. Have you seen tarnagirl's profile. You should - you would be encouraged.
You HAVE to get serious about the weights, its the quickest way to get rid of post baby leftovers. You just have to want this bad enough, wow your pics are so beautiful!
i know how that is! and it's hard when you have kids. everything is going alright. i've been doing a lot better with my diet and workouts. not going as hard on cardio as i should, but i've lost a couple pounds. hope everything else is going great for you.
Hi there, did a leg workout on Wed and am so sore it hurts to sit still or move - my glutes feel as though I've been kicked a hundred times! Hows your training going?
