Hey gorgeous:) Just got back from a month in Thailand....lost alot of weight, a fair bit was muscle I think:( Back at it now...training hard!! I've noticed you use superpump 250...any good? After something to give me a boost after work!!! How's your training going? You look incredible!!

Steve!! How you been? It is pretty hot over here...and Melbourne is one of the coldest places in Australia!! Off to Thailand for 3 weeks in a few days...can't wait!! Been dieting...great to finally see all that hard work lol!! Hope your well Steve...look great as always:)
