Just really starting out now!!! Always been active, lifted weights here and there but never really gave it my all.
Why I Love It:
I love the HIGH I get after doing a really good cardio session and I love the burn and the results I get from the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading others profiles here on Bodyspace and what they have achieved, also watching others workout at my gym and reading mags such as Oxygen...

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Maybe Cameron Diaz...I would love her height lol!! Most celebrities are way too skinny for my liking though!!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I work as a international flight attedant...which can be sooo tiring! But workout helps keep my energy levels up and I fall ill alot less:)

Hey beautiful, training is going well. Since my workouts are at night I usually take SuperPump250 every other workout. Otherwise I'd be up 24/7. -so yeah you'll get an energy boost no doubt.
