"Right now I am training hard for this competition season. You will see me at Arnold doing boothwork and a part of the Fashion Show. I'm also on www.American-Physiques.com, www.marandiproductions.com, and http://www.myspace.com/taralbeck"
I started training a few years ago to get into better shape. I decided a year ago that I wanted to try competing. My boyfriend at the time told me I would fail and that was all the drive I needed to succeed. Who knew I would love the sport so much. I placed top 5 at my first show. For the last 8 months I have been off season training/dieting hard to prepare for this year!
Why I Love It:
I truly enjoy how I feel and the results of all the hard work. I work out with regular groups and I look forward to the social time that training brings each day. I have made great new friends in this industry and look forward to what is next to come.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its not easy. I purposely surround myself with others who have similar fitness goals. The temptations are strong. We all lean on one another from time to time.
BB Accomplishments:
Placing top 5 is my first show was a big one. I hope to do just as well this year, if not better. My personal goal is to be photographed in a magazine.
Forum Signature:
All good things come to those who wait! and Mike Davies always tells us, "If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!!"

Right now I am training hard for this competition season. You will see me at Arnold doing boothwork and a part of the Fashion Show. I'm also on www.American-Physiques.com, www.marandiproductions.com, and http://www.myspace.com/taralbeck
Goal (Long):
Gain muscle and lose fat. Then maintain a better weight loss in my off season. I have dreams to be modeling in fitness magazines etc. I'm striving to make it happen!
Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals. Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion
Great, I finished 5th at the Northern Kentucky out of a VERY tough class of 11 competitors. 5'5" guys suck, haha. Next up the Natural Ohio in Lakewood! How is your training coming along?
