I've always been into weight lifting. However, I started to study nutrition in December and have eaten clean ever since.

i feel the same way, man. it's the same questions asked over & over. even the same sentances, too.
but yea. hah. in all honesty, if i have trance, cardio is just fine. but the reason i appear to to be so anti-cardio is to emphasize the benefits of weight training; y'know what i mean?
