How I Started:
My dad showed me pictures of his hay-day and inspired me to improve my body, although i got good gains i have stoped now and stuck as to how i should restart, after a long period of indulging i have lost most of the muscle i had gained.
Why I Love It:
ur body improves, u become more able to achieve and more confident.
also its one of those rare occasions wear all else takes a bak seat and i can focus completly on myself and wot im doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
i would look at the holiday and hoping to shock my gurlfriend. Which i succesfully did when lossing 10kilos, however now i need to start building muscle and transforming my body.
BB Accomplishments:
transforming from 4,6 and 100kilos to 5,7 and 68 kilos increasing bicep diameter and general more toned body.

Goal (Long):
My aim, is to actually stick to my new years resouloution, and gain a nice shaply chest and larger overal muscle size.
My main aim, is to gain alot larger and shaply chest, and larger more dramatic biceps, willing to try and supplement and trainging regimen available, planning to eat constantly and stick hard at it.
Then 2 months before summer, to cut down the body fat levels to about 7-8% so that i can finally look the way i want at the beach.The amount of time i spend finkinf about how i would love to just be able to walk around and be comepltly confident in my body is scary, it actually prevents me from focusing on my school work, so this is the last stand, after this i can finally focus on other fings, hopefully.
