How I Started:
well i started when i was a sophmore in high school and it was all because some senior got in my face and it pissed me off but i couldnt do anything about it...so i started lifting..i started at about 125lbs at the begining of my junior year and got to about 150lbs and my school closed the weight room..so i quit...i went back down to about 130lbs..me and my buddy started our own gym in a garage at the begining of my senior year and thats when the magic happened..me and my partner(Matt Burton) pushed eachother to the limit...Now i am at college and have a good partner Mr. DeCoursey that helps me out a lot..so basically i have had two badass partners that helped me out alot..if it wasnt for them i wouldnt be here today..SO THANKS..
Why I Love It:
It is a time for me to get away from all drama. It makes me feel great to be good at something. I love it because it lets off so much pressure...
How I Stay Motivated:
My results motivate me. People motivate me its just an awesome feeling. When I motivate someone it motivates me. I love it
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 40 pounds in 8 months. Won my first contest, May 31, 2008. The OCB Circle City Championships in Indianapolis, first place in both the Teen and Novice 1 classes. I also got Teen of the week on bb.com...thanks bb.com for that. Won the teen and Novice class at the ABA Midwestern Championships on Sept. 27, 2008 Got in March 2009 Muscle and Fitness in the Training Notebook Won first place in teen class at NPC Northern Kentucky and took the overall teen title there March 14, 2009 Southern Indiana NPC First place teen and teen overall, March 28, 2009 Northern Ohio, NPC Natural, first place teen, first place teen overall and 2nd in Juniors. April 4, 2009 Flex Magazine August issue has the picture in it from The Northern Ohio NPC Natural. Muscle Magazine had my story in it in the August 2009 Issue.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
i would say the most dangerous one i do is dumbell bench because the weights are startin to get a little heavy hangin right over my face.
