Close Grip weighted Pushups (Plate on back) with
pushup handles.
2x warmup set
1 set to failure, dropset by removing weight from back.
Squats superset to barbell pullover:
2x Warmup set
1 set to absolute failure
Barbell pullover 20 reps (Stretch)
Bent Over rows
2 Warmup sets
2 sets to failure 12-15 reps.
Lateral raises
Light weight, 1 set 30 reps to failure
