I love the feeling of being able to create change. Being in total control of every muscle in my body and knowing how to work them to full effect. Feeling in tune, knowing my limits,
and raising them every once in a while.
How I Stay Motivated:
Eye on the prize! I just visualise where I want to be, and try my best not to let anything get in the way of me acheiving my fitness goals.
Learning more and more every day about proper nutrition and training, letting myself be open to new possibilities and ideas.
Reading bb.com and the forums! Seeing and more importantly feeling a change in myself, and knowing I can keep going to become a stronger, healthier, fitter version of myself.
Reading other peoples success stories - especially those before and after shots.

Skinny, but flabby. Gross! No definition whatsoever.
To get ripped. Yup, just like everyone else.
I hope to start training for my PT/Nutrition Diploma next year - in the mean time I plan to absorb as much info and gain enough hands on experience that I can to help me along the way.
It's cold over this side - no fair. :( Glad to hear your training is doing well. Nothing wrong with a walk to walk bummer about heat though. Me not much, still training hard that's about it. Sleep, work, gym, sleep. You know how it goes.
