Anyone have any insite into getting rid of this a little quicker. I have tried damn near every supp on the market claiming to reduce it. The only thing that I have found is a good soak in a hot tub or a little cardio to get the blood pumping. If anyone has found anything legal that...

For sure, my room mate and I are both on a new nutritional routine and workout program, its been goin pretty well for both of us, I have definitely noticed and improvement, take care of that bone chip brother, and keep up the work ethic!

Hey man, I didnt end up bein able to compete, I went tubing with my buddy and he torqued my knee pretty good, so I have been sticking with straight up flexion extension, I was not to happy about it but I will survive, what have you been up to?
