How I Started:
I was 140lbs and wanted to get stronger, I was a the gym about a month when one of the guys said" you should do a contest". 6 months later I was on stage as a bantam weight.
Why I Love It:
Just what I am suppost to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids,my wife,great friends and family.
BB Accomplishments:
After a 7 year layoff from the sport to come back and Win an overall, the LHW open class and receive the most muscular award all in one show. I made the top five in my first national level show!!!

Goal (Long):
After 3 shows in 6mo. on 2007, I am taking some time to put some needed weight on. hopefully come in at the top of the LHW class at the Masters in 2008.
