TaniaKerins Sent to hospital after 16 days of Keto. It wasn't -the- problem, but it made it worse. Off Keto now and went back to 28% from 26% in 4 days

NatAlt Umm, not sure, only been thinking about it recently because of its interference with my BB goals. It happens badly about once every couple of weeks. Would be interested to know how you get along with yours for sure. May 21, 2013 4:17pm

NatAlt Know exactly what you mean - I find it hard to seriously consider that I have a binge eating problem because I'm not huge, but similarly I feel totally out of control when it happens then completely disgusted after. Hope your therapy goes really well! May 21, 2013 3:30pm

NatAlt Oh no, what ED did you have? I was always on a 'at high risk of ED' thing and every now and then I binge horribly. Hoping that lifting heavy and seeing results will keep me on track for 99% of the time. What made you realise that heavy weights was better? May 21, 2013 12:37pm

NatAlt Genetics giveth and genetics taketh away! I have a lot of thigh fat >__< I couldn't manage to lose any weight at all without tracking literally EVERYTHING. Even though I can eyeball stuff fairly accurately - I need to track to make myself accountable - it stops me having 'one more'. I come from a martial arts-based exercise background, only been lifting for about 3 months, but I think it's helped me nail technique quicker. May 21, 2013 7:50am

NatAlt Thank you! It's mainly genetics I'm afraid. IIFYM stands for 'If It Fits Your Macros' - basically eating whatever you want as long as you're hitting your macro targets and staying within cals. WeightWatchers worked when I was overweight, but not since. It's no good at lower body weights, and useless for tracking macros. It's more expensive than a free My Fitness Pal account and some food scales! You look in great shape though, amazing arms. How long have you been lifting? May 21, 2013 3:13am
