I'm in the BodySpace/Ironman Mag Spokes Model Contest 2010 Semi-Finals! :) Yay!!
I LOVE the way I feel when on a routine of working out and having a great diet of eating clean. It's a great lifestyle. I also love getting others into this lifestyle. There's something so gratifying about helping someone else and sharing what I know has worked for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering how that "good feeling" feels. It's a natural drug for me, so I like to change it up and keep it interesting. :) Ironically, sharing what I know with others keeps me going and keeps me striving to get better and improve.

Goal (Long):
Right now, I'm looking to add more lean muscle. I want to bring out the muscles in my arms more as well as my calves.
Although I currently model... (glamour, bikini, beauty, lingerie) My goal is to take it to another level and get more into fitness modeling.
I love the fitness lifestyle and am presently trying my "bestest" to continue eating clean.
I love making changes and seeing the results. There's always room for improvement! :)
Gina is an inspiration to me because I admire her drive in keeping her amazing physique. She looks strong and yet so feminine. She's also a sweetheart and means it when she says she wants to take EVERYONE along with her in being their best. Thank you Gina, for being you! Woo-hoo! ;)
Jamie is a great inspiration to me because of her dedication to her physique (which is inspiring in itself). She keeps her figure feminine yet strong. I also have bragging rights with Jamie :) ... she personally encouraged me to keep at my goals and follow my dreams. I will always luv her for that! She said this to me at a time when I REALLY needed to hear that. Thank YOU again Jamie! You SO rock, girl!
I love these! It's a great warm-up or a pre-exhaust exercise before you hit your hams. I start with 2 legs and then do single leg (couple sets of 20). Make sure to squeeze and really feel the burn. If these are new to you and you feel out of balance, def' do it with 2...

HI, I'm doing okay now. Nov 1st my MRAP hit a 200lbs. IED at about 1900. Blew our truck into 3 pieces, thought my driver was dead. But we are all okay now. I'm actually down to 17ish days left! Can't wait to get home!
