Not a very good quality photo due to overhead lighting.
My pecs look a little bit disproportianate, I'll have to find out if that is just due to the pose or if there is actually an issue with symmetry there.
My size isn't yet where I want it and the definition isn't happening at all. The light ...
This really isn't a very good pic, i'll have to take a better one tomorrow. But it's the most similiar in conditions and pose to the other progress pics. Check my other pics section for betters one. For some reason my legs look tiny, I mustn't have been flexing them or something
Work on symmetry in my legs, get cut in about 3-4 weeks. Bring up calves to match thighs.
Goal (Long):
Basically I want to improve every area of my physique. I want to improve definition and size while maintaining symmetry and aesthetics.
I'm not exactly cut at the moment, which is something I would really like to achieve. But the way I look at it, it's easier to lose weight than it is to gain muscle. So if I can't be super lean while gaining muscle, so be it.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Thursday - Off
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday...
