***7/2009 -Here we go again!*** Wanting to lose fat, get healthy, build confidence, & feel younger........Weighed 207 lbs a few years ago. Lost over 50 pounds & have just been maintaining. Recently gained back about 10 pounds due to long work hours. But, no more excuses. This is now the priority. Lose the last 20-25 lbs.............................................. ****9/2009- Down 15**** Determined to lose at least 10 more. I can re-evaluate from there. ****10/2009 - Training for a 5k...down to 148 lbs...still aiming for 140. Always aspiring to be a healthier, stronger, leaner me ...
