Wanting to lose fat, get healthy, build confidence, & feel younger........Weighed 207 lbs a few years ago. Lost over 50 pounds & have just been maintaining. Recently gained back about 10 pounds due to long work hours. But, no more excuses. This is now the priority. Lose the last 20-25 lbs..............................................

****10/2009 - Training for a 5k...down to 148 lbs...still aiming for 140.

Goal (Long):
I am not trying to be a professional body builder or fitness model. I just want to get healthy, be strong, and look hot!
