Love getting thicker and bigger. Need to loose weight but keep mass.

I would love to get to 18" arms. I recently passed 17". In general I really want to build muscle mass on the whole frame. Not a small guy here and would love to be built and massive without a lot of fat.

They could be going better, but now I have ~145 days until Chicago Strongman....so I have to make a huge changed towards the muscle gain. I lost the fat now I need to gain the muscle. Luckily for me I have the Eastern Euro genetics. (half hungarian/half czech) and I was CORN FED!!!! Thanks!

thanks dude..finally coming into my own, after 10 yrs of this stuff..its rough staying big..not whining..just being honest.be differant if i got payed to do it?? but there is no turning back now.i am addicted to putting on mass and being big..it does have its advantages..lol..your looking swolled up yourself ??

thanks for the add. its going well here...time to switch up the program and hopefully get some gains. I put some weight on over the summer and early fall so the plan is to keep at it

Man, listen to you the last comment. I don't think you need to trim your waist, 36 is a good size. Your arms look bigger than 16, though. Nice bicep peak, showing a nice long muscle belly in both bi's and tri's. Plenty of growth ahead. Leave your waist along and grow your chest 6 inches and it'll be good.

Cardio is good, but be sure you are eating enough protein to keep your muscle mass burning calories and fats. Great job!
