I would like to be an inspiration and help motivate others to obtain their goals.
Goal (Long):
I have to say though, my inspiration comes from those that also work so hard to get where they are today. The three people I've watched greatly progress over the years and that inspire me the most are Moinca Brant, Ava Cowan, and Zivile Raudoniene. They're so humble and that is such a wonderful trait to have. In addition, they are so dedicated to their passion for figure and they look awesome!
Monica has progressed so much over the years! She has given me the inspiration to work hard and compete. I had the opportunity to meet her when she was in Florida. She is very humble and motivating.
My trainer has been really pushing me hard! Even though I'm in the bulk up stage, I've noticed a lot of muscle growth over the past 2 months. I've gained 2 pounds this week =)
Monday: Hack squats, dead lifts, squats, lunges, leg extensions, calves, abs
It's going great I just finished my 90 days I look and feel like a million dollars...I don't have a digi to upload pic yet...The Plyo is a beast that's the one of the toughest workout in the program besides the ab ripper and yoga X, good luck

sigh. i miss "bulking". but that was just one of my manyexcuses to pig out on oats with protein powder lol im glad ur traainers helpin you! man this industry really shows you how strong you never thought you could be!

Thanks Tammy, good to hear from you! The biggest challenge is getting in enough calories to push the growth! I'm at the heaviest I've ever been in my life but still a long way to go. I'm not accustomed to 5-6k cals a day!
