PM: Biceps & triceps
Tuesday:
AM:45 min cardio
PM: hams and glutes
Wednesday:
AM: 45 min cardio
PM: Shoulders
Thursday:
AM: 1 hour cardio
Friday:
AM: 45 min cardio
PM: Chest, back & abs
Saturday:
Quads and Calves
Sunday: OFF
Sometimes I practice in the evenings, then I my will do weights in the mornings. But this is my standard program for now although I keep fine tuning and switching things up all the time. |
