Was always a very sporty girl, did athletics and every other sport there was. But it's time to get serious about lifting!
Why I Love It:
I'm an addict.LOL Waking up at 6am in the morning and looking forward to some squats and lunges is not uncommon for me at all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes in your body and feeling good about myself are what keep me in the gym every day!
I keep myself motivated by knowing that we are all human and every human sometimes fail in trying to achieve something. So when I don't reach my goals I look up for inspiration and try a different approach. Never give up!

Goal (Long):
I figured since I really gained a lot of muscle the last few months it's time to get shredded. Going to see how much fat I can lose in 12 weeks without dropping too much muscle mass.
It always seems to amaze me how people can bitch and moan about their inferior bodies and when you ask them about exercise and nutrition the answer is always the same... "I don't have time to go to the gym because I work 3000 miles away from home" or "If I have to chop my own...
hah thanks. I don't feel huge by any means but that's good to hear! I think I'm going to compete next fall with a couple close friends from home. I wanted to give myself enough time to really be ready for my first show. Keep working hard, and keep me informed on your progress. Take care
Hey bud! haha. I've been adding some size finally, but comes at the expense of blurring my lower abs. been having fun in the gym though so it's all good. how about yourself??
My training regiment has decreased dramatically as I have taken a second job. I need to make AM workouts happen and I hate 6:00AM. Help me find the motivation.
