Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I have always been athletic and I have always loved to workout, but it wasent until I got sick and tired of batteling my weight, that finally i said enough is enough and i made the decision and I have not looked back since. I seen a Fitness Competition on T.V. when i was about 16 and i was in awe of the Incredible athletisism and the Routines where amazing to watch, i knew then that's what i wanted to do, i could not explain the way it made me feel. Just after i turned 28 year's old. I finally made the decision and found a Mentour, a world class athlete and olympian competitor to be exact "Julie Lohre" before training with Julie, i started to train on my own, Then i discovered i was expecting my first child! I continued to train during my pregnancy, i even ran 6 miles about 4 times/ week. I ran the bleachers just 5 hours before my water broke!! YEP i want it bad, and my daughter kept me motivated and in check! 4 weeks after her birth i jumped in Head First, i teamed up with "Julie Lohre" and i stepped out on stage just 7 month's after my daughters birth.. I was hooked:)

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the way it makes me feel, it is always the best start to any day!! I love knowing that, i am changing and getting stronger, it feels great to be in control of you're self and beleiving in you're self... It's also important to me to continue to be the best i can be and to be a Great Example for my Father in Heaven, My Husband, Daughter and for all the Great Client's i work with Daily:)

Voorhees21 Hey! Yes im still competing! Its the NGA April 10th. I actually talked to a girl a few months ago who was going to help me, then she kept cancelling on me so I had someone else and now she disappeared on me too.
