Got my first weight set at 16 and have been lifting ever since..though not always effectively.
Why I Love It:
Great way to purge the stress created by the working life and the transformation of the body that comes along with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see the changes taking place. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing the progress happen before your eyes.
