How I Started:
I started lifting hard and consistant during the last part of my senior year of high school. My sports career was over and I wanted to start training to gain size and conditioning.
Why I Love It:
It helps relieve stress, keeps your body healthy on the inside and makes you look good naked!!
How I Stay Motivated:
The average person in this world is overweight. That helps motivate me to stay healthy and lean. It also motivates me to teach others how to keep themselves healthy with proper diet and exercise.
BB Accomplishments:
Unfortunatley I am too shy to get up on stage and pose so I have not entered any competitions, I may one day!
