I was able to get a set of free weights. I've been able to complete my first week lifting weights now. Very exciting about this stage.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better about myself after I work out!
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and I work out together and she really encourages me to keep at it! It great to work out with someone.

I've worked my way up to 15 minutes of jump rope twice a day. I do the first set between breakfast and lunch and the second set after dinner. I'm been really good about eating 'clean' this week and I think that's going a long way too. Right now I don't have access to weights like I would like so...
