allright first time maxing out on bench was to day i put up 190 after doing 3 sets of 3 with 175 60 pounds to go before 2 a days wish me luck

First time ever, both Jan King and I are competing in some sort of fitness competition. In 34+ years of working out I have never competed as a bodybuilder.

powerhouse is a great bodybuilders gym, they always have the best selection of free weights and heavy isolation machines, I'm sure you'll be very satisfied with the gym
