I want to lose upper body fat, gain lean mass and just be healthier.
Goal (Long):
I want to be in better shape so I am not always tired and run down. I want to have my 9 iron go 150 again and hit the driver 300 consistently. I would like to be able to get on a basketball court again someday. I want to look as if I am 250lbs and be proud when I take the shirt off at the pool.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Tiger Woods or Karl Malone. Tiger because he is in incredible shape, well built, and looks to have great flexibility. Malone because he was a tank when he was playing ball. What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Working out too hard too fast. I have tried to get back into it a few times in the past. I thought I was still at my old level and when I couldn't "live up" to that standard, I tended to stop.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start slow and if you've worked out before, don't try to be that person right away. Work back into it.
Keep challenging yourself and you will get to where you want to be. Don't put all of your faith in diet pills because the real secret if there really is one is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3 -4 times per week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. Do that and the diet pill mfg'ers will soon be out of business. All the best.
