Just wanted increase general fitness and strength for sport. W
Why I Love It:
Makes you feel great. Even when you're tired if you can gte up and pull youself out of bed and just do it you feel so much better afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard at times, particularly when I'm busy with all other aspects of my life, i.e i am particularly focused on my studies and i love sleeping. But saying that, if you love what you do then it's not a hassle, so make it interesting and do something you lvoe
Hey sexy long time sorry about that;) Got a running Q for you. What do you think about interval running? I read bout it and they say its better than plan long distance running. what do you thimk?
Thanks! The best tip I have is to eat clean. You look lean so now you can really work on the ab exercises-all are great. Some people work the abs too much without losing the fat on top...can't see the muscle unless you lose the layer on top but you don't have that problem. Good luck!
