Just wanted increase general fitness and strength for sport. W
Why I Love It:
Makes you feel great. Even when you're tired if you can gte up and pull youself out of bed and just do it you feel so much better afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard at times, particularly when I'm busy with all other aspects of my life, i.e i am particularly focused on my studies and i love sleeping. But saying that, if you love what you do then it's not a hassle, so make it interesting and do something you lvoe

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I try to use a combination of exercises as this makes it interesting. bicep curls, rowing, lat pull-downs, etc are all good ones

Thanks! The best tip I have is to eat clean. You look lean so now you can really work on the ab exercises-all are great. Some people work the abs too much without losing the fat on top...can't see the muscle unless you lose the layer on top but you don't have that problem. Good luck!

Yea I love Hikeing. I hike all over the southern part of the US. I also hiked in Japan (I went to the top of Mt Fuji) and Italy.
