When I Started:
May, 2009
How I Started:
I've been working out on and off for maybe 12 years, but just getting serious now after I've decided that enough is enough. I don't want to see myself get any worse. Need to be healthy to chase my kids around.
Why I Love It:
Love the pain and the satisfaction of accomplishing small goals that I set for myself. Noticing small changes in my body keeps me pumped to hit the gym as much as I can. I want to honor the body God has given me and someday inspire others to do the same.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror motivates me to work harder so I can be a good example to my kids and show my family that's it's important to take care of our bodies.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing great but being able to do 15 pullups! Especially since 3 months ago I could only do 3....lol.

I dont think I would do alot, if you are lifting crazy then you will want to rest legs and calves as much as you can..I would only do some light walking or bike riding.. Steve

It has its perks. Still, it is a very competitive field of work. I would have probably done it differently had I known what I do now.
