Hmm, some pointers? I think the most important things are being constant and patient. Rushing for it may work sometimes but there's a high chance of getting tired and give up. Remove sugars and animal fats from your diet. Eat complex carbohydrates(rice, pasta, legumes) and vegetal fats but not too much, lots of vegetables and fruits and an appropriate ammount of protein (i think it's 2-3 grs per Kg).. Well... final exams, work, and some other stuff... but the the thing is i've come back hehe. I'm going to keep burning fat for a while, 30 more lbs or so, and then add some muscle :)

Hehe, thx again. I left the gym for 2 months but i returned about 2 weeks ago, i'm doing fine, new 4 weeks program, lots of cardio and high rep sets. Fat burning, hell yeah! :) How about you?

Thx, its good to hear that somehow my work can motivates others ;). I'm doing fine now, i went off for 2 months but i've returned to the gym about 2 weeks ago. What about you? Ey Chad, you're getting huge dude :). It seems that that 6 weeks program has worked for you. I'm doing a 4 weeks program, cardio + lots of high reps sets. Days ABC, day A upper body, B lower body and C only cardio. I'll put the full program in my workout section but i dont remember the names of some exercices plus i have to translate them from spanish to english, hehe. Good luck with your new program and bodyfat goal!
