How I Started:
When i realized i was VERY fat and if i didndt do anything i'd continue growing in width i decided to solve that, so i started going to the gym and playing rugby.
Why I Love It:
I feel better after dying in the gym, in fact i feel better all day, and its a great feeling when you see your efforts have a reward.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday i know i can go a little further, i feel my improvement when i play rugby

Goal (Long):
I've been a little fat all my life, but when i was 15 i started getting fat too fast, it's normal if all you do is sleep and play computer games, hehe, but now my life has changed and i have to change as well, i want to be in shape and have a normal weight, ah and i also want a girlfriend, NOW!!, hehe, but i have to lost more weight before that, my goal at long term is to weight about 200 lbs and 10-15% bodyfat. I hope i can keep my motivation and efforts and reach it.
For a long time i've been focused on losing fat while gaining some muscle. I've done this with a lot of cardio, high rep sets and a low-carb diet. I've decided to change this for a couple weeks to gain strength and add some muscle so i'll raise my metabolism and at a mid-long period i'll lose...
it's good to hear that you're back burning fat! why did you leave the gym for 2 months? As for me, I'm trying to get stronger, maybe gain 15 lbs more of muscle. Maybe 1-2 more years for me. You?
Thanks man. I am looking at cardio every otherday and supper sets of 15 to 120 reps with lighter weight to tone right now. Good luck with your new program.

I am doing fine. I am going to start going to the gym this monday. One thing different this time is that i will get a trainer to hlep me. I feel that i need one if i want to losee all the wieght that i want to lose. How have you been. I look up to you becuase you have lost all that wieght and have kepted it off. Talk to you soon
Good to hear from you Taker. I Been doing well. I am about to do my last work out in a six week program. I have trouble seeing programs through, so I am excited that I have done it. Next week will be starting a fat burning high intensity/rep lower weight program to try and loose a litle more fat. Whats your new program look like?
