My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Just doing push-ups, crunches, and either jogging or jumping rope. I want to get into a solid routine before i start adding weights. Right now im at about 5-10 reps on push-ups and crunches and about 5 minutes with jumping rope. I am not sure where i am at with jogging. I am going to either jog or jump rope everyday but for right now i am doing it about 3-4 times a week. The push-ups and crunches are 3 times a week oon monday, wednesday, friday.

Right now it is the easiest and least time consuming plus it will help when i start doing weights again because it will help me with keeping good form, plus i want to keep them as part of my normal workout.
