1. Weigh less than 225 lbs., and be healthy and lean.
Goal (Long):
2. Lose 91 pounds of fat. Achieve 6-8% body-fat and stay less than 10%.
3. Work out diligently and with a real focused intensity 6-7 days a week using free weights, or yoga or karate and cardio based activities.
4. Maintain healthy eating habits and track every morsel that I eat.
5. Maintain a log of my progress.
6. Participate in sports again. Become far more active.
7. Learn through ongoing education how to be more fit and incorporate that knowledge into my daily efforts.
8. Be able to do 12 good pullups and 100 good pushups.
9. Be able to run 5 miles in less than 35 minutes.
10. Be able to swim 1 mile without stopping.
